Hashi Energy partners with HBEF to award academic scholarships

Hashi Energy a local oil marketing firm with operations in East Africa, has partnered with HBEF in the provision of education opportunities through awarding of academic scholarships.

As part of its celebration of 20 years in the Energy industry, the firm has awarded 20 full academic scholarships worth $52,000. Beginning the year 2012, the lucky beneficiaries will not only benefit from payment of school fees but provision of school supplies as well, during their four year secondary schooling.

The Hilde Back Education fund is pleased to have Hashi Energy on board and urges more local kenyan firms and individuals to join in the efforts towards transforming the lives of young people in Kenya and promoting peace through education.
